Who We Are at Feeling Yachty

Feeling Yachty is a Miami yacht charter company founded by Fernando Yemail. We book private, captained charters on more than 250 boats and yachts, 20 to 166 ft, from docks on the Miami River, Miami Beach Marina, Haulover and Coconut Grove. Every price is on the page before you pay, and a team in Miami and Panama answers in English and Spanish.

What Feeling Yachty is

Feeling Yachty is a Miami yacht charter company. We match your group to a boat, show the full price before you pay, book the captain and crew, and stay on the phone until you are back at the dock. A charter with us is private — your group and the crew, nobody else on board — and it is booked by the hour.

Unlike a listing-only website, Feeling Yachty owns and operates yachts of its own and also works with local yacht owners and operators, so the fleet is wider than one company’s boats while the booking, the price and the support stay with us.

The boats run from 20 ft day boats to 166 ft motor yachts, and each one has its own page with its photos, its guest limit, its dock and its price for every block of hours; compare them side by side under every yacht rental in Miami. The company behind the site is Feeling Yachty S.A., with Miami Yacht Nautical Charters operating the Miami fleet. A second, separate operation runs in Panama City under the same founder and the same standard.

How booking a charter works

Pick a boat and a block of hours, and its page shows the boat price for that block. Booking online charges the crew and fuel, which holds the boat and its crew for your date; the boat balance is paid at the dock on the day. Gratuity for the crew is the only thing not on the page — there are no booking fees, no resort fees and nothing added at the marina.

You can book it yourself on the site, or tell the team your date, your group size and the occasion and have it booked for you. Either way the confirmation names the boat, the dock and the time to board, and the same team answers if the plan changes.

Where the boats leave from

Most charters board on the Miami River, at Miami Beach Marina on Alton Road in South Beach, or at Haulover’s Bill Bird Marina; others leave from Coconut Grove, Downtown Miami and North Bay Village. The boat decides the dock, not the other way round, so the dock is printed on every boat page and repeated in your confirmation. If your hotel or your group is on one side of the bay, check the dock before you settle on a boat on the other.

Fernando Yemail, founder

Feeling Yachty was founded by Fernando Yemail, a licensed captain and yacht broker, with his father, Alberto Yemail, a veteran yacht captain, and it is family-owned. Feeling Yachty sticks to yachts and yacht experiences; Fernando also founded Out.Miami and Out.pa, the city guides for everything else in Miami and Panama City, and writes for the boating publication YachtyGuide; read about Fernando Yemail, founder of Feeling Yachty.

Feeling Yachty reviews

More than 1,200 guests have reviewed our Miami charters on Tripadvisor alone, rated 4.7 out of 5, with more on Google, Groupon and Yelp. We link to each platform rather than copying the best ones here, so you read every review where it was written: see Feeling Yachty reviews.

Yacht safety protocols

Every charter has a licensed captain, life jackets for every guest, a weather check and a briefing before the lines come off, and the captain has the final say on the water. The full rules, including the 13-guest limit and swim stops, are on our yacht safety protocols page.

Miami yacht rental FAQ

Questions about guest counts, what the price covers, boarding and add-ons that do not belong to one boat are answered in one place. Start with the Miami yacht rental FAQ before you message the team.

Price match policy

If a licensed, reputable operator publicly offers the same yacht and package for the same date, time and duration at a lower total, we match it — before you pay, not after. The conditions are on the yacht rental price match policy page.

Payment and financing options

A charter can be paid over time with Affirm, Klarna or PayPal Pay Monthly on eligible bookings, or in Bitcoin or Ethereum by crypto invoice, as well as by card and at the dock. How each works is under Miami yacht rental payment and financing options.

List your yacht

If you own a boat in Miami, we can charter it: we list it, sell the hours and look after the guests, and you keep control of the calendar. What we need from an owner is on list your yacht with Feeling Yachty.

Contact the team

Tell the team your date, your group size and the occasion, and they will come back with boats that fit. For an existing booking, have your reference ready when you contact Feeling Yachty in Miami.
