Hourly Yacht Rentals Miami

An hourly yacht rental in Miami is a short private charter of two to four hours, priced by the block of hours, for a skyline cruise, a proposal, a photo shoot or a quick celebration. Most boats start at two or three hours, with a three or four hour minimum on many weekends. The captain, crew and fuel are in the price on each card.

What fits in the hours you have

  • Two hours: a skyline loop, a proposal or a quick photo run past the islands and the bridges.
  • Three hours: the city views plus a short anchor or swim stop, depending on the dock.
  • Four hours: the sweet spot for a sandbar, sightseeing and music without rushing.

A full sandbar day or a long route does not fit in two hours; the team says honestly what your time allows. For a longer day see day yacht rentals in Miami, and every other length on Miami yacht charters.

Good uses for a short charter

A sunset proposal with a set spot for the question; a content or brand shoot with passes under the bridges and along the skyline; a pre-game or after-party run; a family ride on calm water; a bay cruise between flights or meetings. Routes are kept tight so the hours are spent on the water: skyline loops from Miami or Miami Beach, the Star, Palm, Hibiscus and Venetian islands, a sunset circuit, or a short swim stop on a three or four hour charter.

Minimums and price

Each boat sets its own blocks and minimum: many start at two or three hours, and Fridays, Saturdays and holidays often need three or four. Weekdays are more flexible and Saturday midday and sunset are the peak. Each card shows the whole charter, boat, crew and fuel, for the hours shown. The crew and fuel are paid online to book and the boat balance at the dock by cash or Zelle; Klarna, Affirm and PayPal Pay Later are open on eligible charters, as set out on payment and financing options. Arrive 20 to 30 minutes early: the clock starts at the booked time.

Questions

Hourly yacht questions

Can I rent a yacht for one hour in Miami?
Rarely; most boats start at two or three hours, because getting out to the views takes part of the time.
What is the minimum on weekends?
Often three or four hours on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays; each boat page lists its blocks.
Is the price per person?
No. It is per boat for the block of hours, up to the boat’s guest limit.
Can we add an hour on the water?
If the boat is free afterwards, the captain can extend; the extra hour is charged at the boat’s rate.
Does the clock start when we board?
It starts at the booked time, so arrive 20 to 30 minutes early.
How much is a yacht rental per hour in Miami?
Boats are priced by the block, not the hour: about $825 for two hours and $850 for three on the smallest boats, which works out at roughly $280 to $410 an hour with captain, crew and fuel included, and less per hour the longer the block.
Can I rent a yacht for just one hour?
No. Two hours is the shortest block on the fleet, and many boats start at three, with three or four hour minimums at weekends; the run out and back takes most of an hour on its own.
