Yacht Rental Price Match Policy
Feeling Yachty matches a lower price for the same yacht and package before you pay. The offer must come from a licensed, insured operator, be public and bookable, and show a total in US dollars with every mandatory fee and tax, for the same date, start time, duration and guest count. There is one match per booking, and none after payment.
What we match
Every one of these has to be true of the lower offer:
- Before you pay. The match is approved before any payment, deposit or full. Nothing is matched after a booking is paid.
- The same yacht. The identical vessel, with the same crew and the same inclusions.
- The same charter. The same date, start time, duration and guest count.
- A reputable operator. Licensed and insured, with a website that carries full contact details, established public reviews and compliant charter practices.
- Public and bookable. Live availability anyone can see: no login, membership, coupon code or “call for price”.
- A comparable total. The full price in US dollars with every mandatory fee and tax, before tip.
The policy is part of how Feeling Yachty prices its charters; who runs the company, and on what terms, is on who we are at Feeling Yachty.
What counts as the same package
Fuel, crew, cleaning, the marina or dock, standard fees and taxes. Our price includes all of them; the crew’s tip is the only thing not on the page. A lower offer that leaves out any mandatory item is not comparable until that item is added back, because the number you would pay on the day is higher than the one on the screen.
Our own price for every boat and every block of hours is on its page under every yacht rental in Miami, so you can compare like for like before you ask.
Offers that do not qualify
- Requests made after payment; private quotes; membership or closed-group prices; referral or loyalty credits; coupons and promo codes.
- Unlicensed or unverifiable operators; peer-to-peer and private-owner listings; cash-only offers; auction and opaque booking sites.
- A different yacht, start time, duration, guest count or package, or a total missing mandatory fees or taxes.
- Typos and obvious pricing errors, expired flash sales, and prices that cannot be seen publicly when we check.
How to ask for a price match
- Collect the proof. The public link is best. Clear screenshots also work if they show the yacht and operator, the date, start time, duration, guest count, inclusions and the total with fees and taxes.
- Send it before you pay. Call, text, WhatsApp or email the team through contact Feeling Yachty.
- We check it. The team confirms the offer and the operator qualify. If they do, your quote or checkout is updated to the matched total.
An offer priced in another currency needs a US dollar total with the mandatory fees and taxes; if needed, we convert it at a reputable rate on the day we check.
Limits
A match depends on the offer and our boat still being available when we check it. If the lower price changes or sells out while we verify it, the match may no longer apply. We can decline a request that does not meet the conditions or involves a pricing error or misrepresentation. There is one approved match per booking. How the matched total is then paid, online and at the dock, is explained in the Miami yacht rental FAQ.
