Before you book

Are captain, crew and fuel always included in the headline price?
Do not assume one arrangement across every yacht. Ask for the complete quotation and relevant operating terms so required charges and responsibilities are clear.
Where will our yacht depart from?
Use the final instructions for the exact vessel and reservation. A neighborhood page or another boat's marina is not your confirmed pickup point.
How many guests can I invite on a Miami yacht?
Obtain the confirmed allowance for the exact vessel and planned use before finalizing the guest list. Yacht length, dining seats and overnight berths do not establish one universal guest count.
Is a deposit the same as the total charter price?
No. An initial payment describes the payment schedule. Review the full offer, remaining balance and separately arranged services before deciding the charter fits the group's budget.
Can I bring food, drinks or decorations myself?
Ask the operator what is permitted and confirm any storage, delivery or setup requirements. Do not assume that permission for one item includes serving equipment, refrigeration or additional setup time.
Can I request a swimming or sandbar stop?
Yes, as a route requirement to assess. The vessel, departure, duration and operating conditions need to support the stop; the request is not a guarantee of a particular location or activity.
What should I check about weather and booking changes?
Read the terms applying to the actual reservation and ask how operational changes are communicated. A forecast or general planning guide does not establish an automatic cancellation, alternative route or refund.
What is different about booking a large yacht event?
A larger event needs an assessed venue, guest layout and service proposal. Use the custom-event request rather than assuming a standard private-charter cart covers the required attendance and production.
