Haulover Park and Bill Bird Marina, just south of Sunny Isles on Collins Avenue, are the closest full marinas, a two- to ten-minute ride from most towers and resorts. Some boats board on the Intracoastal, and a pickup at a building’s own dock is possible only where the building and the boat allow it, confirmed in advance. After booking you get the marina address, the dock and slip, parking or drop-off notes and the captain’s contact, in one message you can forward to every guest. The crew and fuel are paid online to book, which holds the boat and the crew; the boat balance is paid at the dock by cash or Zelle.
