Installed safely, removed after
The team arrives 45 to 120 minutes before boarding, depending on the size of the install, and works with the crew on placement: low-tack tape, soft ties, rail wraps and weighted bases, never screws, nails or adhesives on the yacht’s finishes, and nothing blocking walkways, hatches or safety gear. Garlands suit open decks better than loose helium, and shaded install times keep balloons from expanding in the sun. Balloons are never released into the sky or the water, confetti and loose glitter stay off the boat, and everything is removed at the end. Choosing a style
Start with the occasion and two or three colours: gold and white for a milestone birthday, pink and rose gold for a bachelorette, white and greenery for a proposal or an anniversary, the team colours for a corporate day. The team suggests where the garland, the backdrop and the table go on your boat, so the photos have a clean background and the walkways stay clear. Bring the cake topper, the sashes or the photos you want displayed and they are placed with the rest.
Planning timeline
Book the package at least 24 hours ahead; for a custom sign, number balloons or full yacht styling, two to three weeks. A week before, confirm the colours and the wording. On the day, the install starts before boarding and the decor is ready when you step aboard.
